C# FULL STACK DEVELOPER

One of our global financial services companies is seeking a Full Stack C# Developer to be part of their team in NYC. They are looking for a well-rounded individual with superior programming skills, the desire and ability to work in a fast-paced environment, a proven record for attention to detail, the drive and ability to make a difference, and an inclination to learn about new technologies and the financial industry.

Successful applicants for this position will work closely with other software engineers, our QA and PMO teams, key business lines such as Operations and middle offices. Key deliveries for this role entail the ability to implement and extend the trading infrastructure, deliver GUIs and tools performing efficient large datasets manipulations.

Required Skills

· Minimum 5 years of application development experience, ideally in the financial services industry

· SDLC knowledge

· Strong C#, ASP.NET, Visual Studio, SQL Server and SSRS

· Experience with HTML, CSS and JavaScript

· Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) including dependency injection

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· Front-end UI design

Additional Skills (desired, but not required)

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field from an accredited university

· Trading floor development including support a big plus

· .NET Core, .NET Standard
