We utilize the following methods to access and source the highest quality candidates in all job markets:
Networking and Referrals
We will network with registered candidates that can refer colleagues or acquaintences to us. Additionally, many of our candidates who are placed in senior roles act as an excellent resources for referrals with information technology.
A direct marketing campaign will be implemented targeting individuals who have a relevant background. A search of our archives will identify potentially relevant candidates who have previously been registered but who are not actively looking at the present time.
A thorough database search will be conducted identifying individuals currently registered with Staffing Solutions USA, Inc. that have the skill set and/or are located geographically suited to your requirements.
Search & Selection
A thorough search will be conducted by our dedicated research team. This is a very focused and specific way to target individuals of interest to your needs. A primary list will be drawn up with the names of businesses in your industry of individuals with the skill set you require. This process will, of course, be undertaken in a professional and discreet manner. We will then broaden the list as needed.
We utilize our own website and specialist sites for advertising openings. We are also able to source passive candidates who utilize the internet but are not actively seeking new employment opportunities.
Brainbench/PreVisor Employment Assessments
Brainbench/PreVisor is one of our IT testing tools we use to evaluate our candidates. The Brainbench/PreVisor standard assessment provides detailed and thorough results that help quantify the skills of our job candidates.. These timed tests last approximately 40 minutes and are powered by a patent-pending CAT (computer adaptive testing) engine that adjusts to each test taker's skill level.
