Service Delivery Analyst
One of our financial clients is looking for someone with experience in multiple asset class securities products to work in one of their NYC offices. This person must have 1 - 3 years work experience either within an investment bank or a systems vendor and 1 - 3 years work experience in data analysis or project management. You must also have understanding and/or experience with securities products- equities, fixed Income, futures and options etc.., middle and back office systems.
• Understanding and/or experience with Financial FIX and/or SWIFT messaging
• Experience managing client relationships at all levels
• Experience supporting financial applications including trade posting, reporting, and exception handling / troubleshooting - an advantage
Assist technical configuration, setup static data mappings and values UAT
