HELPDESK SUPPORT SPECIALIST

 

The Help Desk Specialist provides first level end user support for hardware & software  for internal customers. 

 

 

 

Duties include responding to trouble tickets, hardware installs and permission modifications  

 

 

 

Will ensure issues are resolved or escalated in a timely manner while maintaining a high level of customer service, provide technical documentation, enforce and update policies and procedures and maintain up to date records.

 

 

 

Minimum 1 year experience working in a desktop hardware, software and/or technical support help desk environment supporting all Windows operating systems. 

 

You must have a valid drivers license and have a car.
