DESKTOP SUPPORT SUPPORT SPECIALIST

One of our Social marketplace clients is seeking a Desktop Support Specialist for a 6-month temp to perm position. You will mostly work from home and occasionally will have to attend a meeting in their Brooklyn office. 

The musts we are looking for are the following........

Experience installing, configuring and maintaining Windows and OSX.

Experience with Okta Cloud Software, 

Experience with a ticketing system such as JIRA Service Management or any automated desk software system

The plusses are: Jamf, Netsuite ERP 

Additional Duties 

·       Configuring and provisioning new computers

·       Shipping computers to new hires or replacement computers

·       Receiving computers at HQ

·       Account creation

·       New Hire Orientation

·       Assist sys-admin with process improvements
