SENIOR C++ DEVELOPERS
One of our financial clients in NYC is currently seeking senior-level C++ Developers with experience in the financial industry that have worked in trading floor environments and have experience with supporting projects working with equity trading tools. You must have experience with domain knowledge of equities electronic trading and multi-threading/concurrency. Kafka, REST/XML/JSON and Microservices including experience with SQL DB's are very helpful. You must have experience working with at least one of the following cloud platforms, Amazon Web Services, Azure or Google Cloud Platform as well. You will be delivering new frameworks based on the latest technology and must have experience developing quality software.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience of developing software in a complex, data-driven domain.
- Strong knowledge of C++
- Core Java experience is a +
- Multi-Threading/Concurrency
- Domain knowledge of Equities Electronic Trading and/or Analytics
- Proficiency with computer technologies including Linux, and networking
- Excellent listening, written, analytical, strategic, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work productively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
- Independent thinking and problem solving skills
