CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER
We currently have 2 clients (financial and healthcare) and they are both seeking a CTO. One position is in Stamford, CT and the other is in New York City. The following are the attributes that our client is looking for in a person to fill this position
1) Strategic Tech Team Builder and decision maker.
2) Have knowledge of healthcare/IT or financial/IT
3) Experience leading Development Teams
4) Product Management and Business Acumen, Entrepreneurial in nature, the ability to take the business side of things from the Leadership and translate and connect it to the Tech to the IT side
5) Staying current on new technologies
6) Excellent, Communicator, Delegator, Good listener, Strong leadership and planner, with a sense of direction and vision
7) Ability to Translate Vision from the Leadership
8) Vision of Leadership
