Job Description
SENIOR NETWORK ANALYST
One of healthcare clients in New Jersey is seeking a hands on Senior Network Analyst that will be responsible for the technical implementation, and performance management of mission critical enterprise systems. Serves as the technical expert in the area of system engineering for complex technology solutions such as Routing, Switching, WAN/LAN, Ingress/Egress, Wireless and provider connectivity. Assists project teams with technical issues, technical Analysis and design and support of operations staff in executing, testing, and rolling-out the solutions. A typical work week would include 25% of designing complex solutions, 40% of implementation and planning, and 35% focused on supporting the environment.
Qualifications
Work requires the knowledge of theories, principles, and concepts acquired through completion of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or closely related field three to five years of experience in networking support. Knowledge of Cisco and Microsoft systems preferred. Experience with Windows server 2000/3 and XP environments required (MCSE desired). Knowledge of WAN and LAN networks, ISDN T1/E1, Ethernet, ISDN Switches & IP connectivity, TCP/IP networking, switches, Routers, Firewalls, IP telephony strongly preferred. Demonstration of a customer service orientation through a proven ability to work well with other people.
