TELECOMMUNICATIONS MANAGER
One of our healthcare clients in New Jersey is seeking a Telecommunications Manager with a minimum of 6-8 years of experience including 3 years as manager. Responsible for directing and administering the Telecommunication program to provide and maintain appropriate telecommunication services for the Healthcare System. Establishes standards and work procedures for the Telecommunication staff in accordance with established policies. Conducts research to improve the technology of the department.
Qualifications
This person will manage a staff of 15-20 people The Telecomm manager must be hands-on technical and should have proficiency in Cisco technology. The company uses Call manager. The Manager will be involved in Migration Projects, New Site deployments, they should know cabling/wiring and they should also know Webex and zoom setups. They will oversee 30+ conference rooms and equipment that is Polycom. Knowledge of Cisco Telepresence Management Suite and Cisco Jabbar Unified Communications Solution is a big +.
