JAVA DEVELOPER
Responsibilities
Build distributed services to take our JVM-based web platform to Service Oriented Architecture
Develop technical ownership for key aspects of our service interacting directly with Product
Collaborate on services design and delivery, participating in all phases of SDLC
Building and testing full services and components using Java, J2EE, Spring technologies
Responsible for data quality, improvement of data to meet the defined specifications
Write automated test cases for data integrity and validation
Do all of this in a tightly-knit team to deliver tangible business and client impact
Experience
Demonstrable expertise in Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, JPA, RESTful API, Webservices (SOAP), Micro Service Architecture, Oauth 2.0, JMS, Caching API.
Experience with workflow engines, preferably JBPM, DRools, Activiti/Flowable.
Working Knowledge on relational databases (Preferably Postgres)
Good understanding of design patterns and a passion for building simple softwares the right way
Basic level of experience with Unix/Linux, Windows and shell scripts
Familiarity with Agile development tools and practices
Desired Skills
Minimum 7 years applicable experience
Knowledge of financial products and treasury management systems.
