FULL STACK DEVELOPER
As a Full Stack Developer you will be involved in the full process of designing, developing, peer reviewing, testing and supporting our software.
Responsibilities will include both frontend and backend development for partner integrations, data transformation and core systems features.
You'll work alongside UX, application support (Operations) and stakeholders (Internal) on a regular basis to deliver beautiful, reliable, and supportable applications to meet the needs of our customers.
Responsibilities:
Design and implement new features.
Maintain and improve existing software.
Develop integrations with third-party APIs to meet specifications.
Develop automated tests that ensure the stability of future development.
Work alongside other developers to provide peer reviews and continuous improvement.
Collaborative mindset and willingness to recommend and execute improvements.
Commitment to providing fast, reliable, and documented software.
Requirements:
At least 2 years of focused hands-on coding and development experience with Node.JS and SQL
Fluent in JavaScript, NodeJS/ExpressJS, MySQL, HTML/CSS.
The ability to rapidly and frequently change focus among many tasks
The ability to develop new approaches to complex problems
The ability to provide accurate unit testing and clear documentation for deliverables
Excellent communication, problem solving and analytic skills
The desire to continuously learn and explore to new technologies
Skilled in object-oriented programming and experience applying modern design patterns.
Strong experience with web languages and frameworks: Javascript, Node.JS, BootStrap
Strong experience with both relational and NoSQL databases: MySQL, MongoDB, Cassandra, Redis
Experience using and creating scalable web-based RESTful APIs.
Experience with crafting and troubleshooting complex SQL queries
Experience dealing with high volumes of data and traffic and ensuring performance requirements are met
Experience with troubleshooting and debugging issues
Experience working within a Unix/Linux environment
Working knowledge of Jira, Confluence, GitHub, MS Office
Desired Skills:
