ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR OF NETWORK PENETRATION TESTING

 

 

 

 

 

esponsibilities:

 

·         Develop, design, manage and implement the network penetration testing program by applying world class penetration testing practices.

 

·         Function as the subject matter expert on penetration testing and threat modeling for systems and applications

 

·         Contribute to the security strategy of the firm, including planning, execution and controlling responsibilities

 

·         Liaise with IT and other representatives of assigned business functions to ensure that project pipelines are understood and that project priorities are reflected in IT Risk & Security’s resource planning

 

·         Function as a subject matter expert in several IT security domains (e.g. access control, cryptography, monitoring, etc.)

 

·         Continuously improve the security aspects of operating processes

 

Qualifications:

 

·         Minimum eight years progressive experience in IT security and at least five years of experience performing IT security risk assessments against third party vendors

 

·         Minimum three years of leading and mentoring a team

 

·         Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and CISSP certification; CISM, CISA, CRISC, CIPP, CGEIT, GPEN, GIAC or ITIL certifications is preferred

 

·         Working knowledge of RSA's archer vendor management is a +

 

·         Excellent communication, collaboration, analytical and presentation skills to lead an environment driven by customer service and team work

 

·         Ability to participate in development of resource plans and structures
