One of our Banking clients is looking for a User/Desktop Support specialist a minimum of 3-5 years of experience handling 1st level support in New York City.

* Level 1 support

* Strong desktop experience

* Interfacing with desktop engineers & 2nd/3rd level support techs

* Excellent communication skills

* Financial services/hedge fund and/or banking experience

* Experience with rollouts

* Marketdata knowledge
