DESKTOP/MARKETDATA SUPPORT SPECIALIST
One of our Financial clients is looking for a Desktop Support specialist a minimum of 3-5 years of experience handling 1st and 2nd level support in New York City.
* Level 1/2 support
* Strong desktop experience
* Interfacing with users and company executives regarding troubletickets and supporting the user community
* Excellent communication skills
* Financial services/hedge fund and/or banking experience
* Experience with rollouts
* Marketdata knowledge(Bloomberg, Thomson Reuters or any marketdata feeds experience)
