IDENTITY AND ACCESS OPERATIONS MANAGER
Overview:
The Identify and Access Operations Manager is responsible for managing and supporting the enterprise level Identity and Access Management (IAM) function within our clients financial organization.
Responsibilities:
:
- Managing the activities of the information security administration team to ensure that daily activities associated with providing Identity and Access Management services to the organization are met.
- Responsibility for access governance, entitlement reviews, highly privileged access controls and provisioning/de-provisioning of accounts across systems and core banking applications and enforcing the Principle of Least Privilege across all assets, data and applications
- Security event monitoring, access violations and intrusion detection — including incident response management and remediation, security event analysis, to detect unauthorized or anomalous access or configuration changes that increase risk to the organization
- Ensure access to assets, data and applications is limited to authorized users, processes, or devices
- Implementing role based access configuration changes on supported platforms in conformance with change management and control policies
- Liaising with business analysts and technology leads to identify business requirements and evaluate, design and implement effective IAM solutions and processes
- Support the on-boarding process for the company's on-line customers and provide ongoing support
- Performing daily checklists, produce IAM reports and respond to audit and regulatory requests
- Providing input on enterprise security policies and develop/improve operational processes and procedures
- Complying with security service-level agreements (SLAs)
- Planning and participation in response to access related incidents
- Integrating with other IT operations and service management processes (such as problem management and configuration management) as appropriate
- Ensuring design of operational requirements follow standard architectural and engineering practices

Qualifications:
- Must demonstrate an in-depth technical knowledge and experience managing enterprise level identity and access management solutions
- Solid understanding of information security access controls across multiple operating systems, active directory, database environments and applications
- At least 5 years’ experience exclusively in an Information Security role with a technology background. Experience in overseeing a global operational information security function in a financial services institution ispreferred
- Solid experience and understanding of the regulatory environment, industry standards and best practices within financial services vertical
- Effective management of cross discipline teams with high priority on security, accountability, efficient execution, and achievement of deadlines
- Proven experience and ability to analyze processes and procedures and make technology recommendations to improve efficiencies and services
- Experience in administrative, incident response, and operational responsibilities
- Experience managing ticketing and work order systems
- Experience conducting regular entitlement reviews and identifying discrepancies of improper access
- Maintain operational guidelines and processes to directly support the organizational security architecture and design
- Support the maintenance and deployment of new security solutions related to IAM
- Support incident management processes and experience in security monitoring technologies
