Our global banking client is searching for an experienced application developer and architect to startup its OpenText MBPM project team. This candidate will develop and support tactical and strategic IT projects, which covers creation, enhancements, change requests and new features from the business units for the Opentext BPM products and associated interfaces.
Candidate will be responsible for the development and support of Metastorm workflows to automate business processes and optimize the use of systems and information. You will demonstrate strong workflow design, development and troubleshooting skills. You will be working with other highly experienced developers at the bank.
The candidate must be able to contribute significantly to any design and refactoring discussions, demonstrate strong communication skills, and be able to articulate problems and solutions in a concise manner.
Self motivation is key, as the individual will be working with a global team, split across multiple time zones and will be expected to progress tasks within exacting timescales.
We are looking primarily for an experienced developer with strengths in MBPM, C++, C#, VBScript, Javascript, and HTML. The successful candidate should be comfortable across a wide variety of technical disciplines and show willingness to embrace different technologies. Experience managing a team of developers and interacting with 3rd party integrators is a plus. Wide scale global solution implementations is a plus.
